Youth Faith Formation
School Year Instruction
For elementary and junior high school age students, who are not attending a Catholic school, we offer religious instruction during the school year. We know is important for all of our young Catholics to learn about their faith as they grow, and we encourage all of our parishioners to take advantage of this program for their children. Sunday School of Religion classes take place on selected Sundays, from 11:15 – 11:45 (following the 10:00 AM Mass) in the St. Louis Meeting Room.
Sunday School of Religion
The Sunday School of Religion is designed for children of Holy Family Parish who attend schools without formal religious Catholic education as part of their K-8 curriculum. We aim to educate and form these students in our faith, deepening and reinforcing knowledge of their religion and values for living, as well as encouraging a growing intimacy with Our Lord Jesus Christ .
Parents are reminded that they are the primary educators of their children and that their home is the first church. The Parish School of Religion is there to help parents to fulfill this responsibility.
If you would like more information, or would like to join this year’s class, please contact Pam Edwards at 513-732-2218 ext. 102 or pedwards@holyfamilyparishrcc.org, or Jonathan Morasse at jmorasse@holyfamilyparishrcc.org. Or, you can speak to them before class begins on Sunday.
Participation and Fees
There is no fee for the Sunday School of Religion program.
The parent or guardian will be asked to sign the following statement before the first class:
I/We request that my/our child be allowed to participate in the Religious Education Program at Holy Family Parish. As primary educator of my children, I/We take responsibility for their religious education by seeing to it that their attendance is regular and their behavior is appropriate.
