Holy Family Pastoral Council is made up of representatives from the parish who are working together with the pastor on concerns, issues, policies, and anything else that deals with the good of the parish. It serves as an advisory board giving recommendations to the pastor.

The Finance Councils are appointed by and advise the Pastor on all major financial and operational matters concerning the four churches, two cemeteries, and one school that are part of Holy Family Parish. The Councils are responsible for approving funds of all major capital projects, certifying the annual operating statement, and preparing the annual budget. Members include: Father Thomas McCarthy, Pastor; Deacon Michael Muse, Director of Administration & Facilities; and volunteer parishioners representing each of the four churches.
