Congratulations on your recent engagement! We celebrate that God has brought you and your fiancé to this moment in your lives and pray that this time of preparation will be one of grace, peace, and joy for you and your families. We are a popular choice for both weddings due to our beautiful church and convenient downtown location. Since we are host to many weddings every year, these wedding policies are designed to assist you in your planning.
Weddings may be scheduled for Saturday afternoons at 2 PM or Saturday evenings at 6 PM.
The calendar below shows the times and dates for weekends already reserved for a wedding ceremony. The wedding rehearsal is usually scheduled one day before the wedding date.
Please fill out the registration form to provide information to St. Xavier about your wedding, the bride and groom, officiants, etc.
Upon completing the form, you will be contacted by Tina Ernst (ternst@stxchurch.org), Director of Marriage Ministries to officially confirm your wedding date.
The presiding minister, priest, or deacon will likely require at least three meetings at church. In addition, you will be asked to attend a Saturday workshop. Please look at the two options below to choose the workshop that is best suited for you.
St. Xavier Church conducts the St. Xavier Pre-Cana Engaged Retreat on a Saturday morning/afternoon here in our parish center. The fee to attend our one-day engaged retreat is $175 per couple.
